Processing time can be 10-15 business days FOR READY TO SHIPS, longer time will be announced on instagram. I am a one woman shop and everything is HANDMADE by one pair of hands :) Please read each tabs specific details.

Sometimes, your specific order may have a date that it will be shipped by. Please wait to contact me and ask for status if your date has not approached. Answering mass amounts of emails takes time away from actually making your suits.

All pieces are made to order (unless noted otherwise). Once your order is ready to ship a tracking code will be emailed to you.

$7 flat fee for all packages in the US
$20 flat fee for any packages outside of the US
Yes, I do international shipping.

Once your package is delivered and the tracking shows that it has been completed we are no longer responsible for its where abouts.

Returns

For the safety of our customers, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. If your product is in any way damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package via email at nawahinelole@yahoo.com

If the7-day time frame passes, a return/exchange for damaged or wrong size/style product is invalid.
